These words are for you me
woot, camp was fun. and totally free. hehe. although i had to take care of the kids, but it's a small price, absolutely negligible (like friction in science physics).
went to some creepy crawlie exhibit in the morning. there was one girl, roughly 8, so scared of butterflies that i was made to sit outside with her while the rest went in and enjoyed themselves.
and lunch was at kfc. actually, no. my lunch wasn't. we did have kfc, but it was at the nearby mini-amphitheater because kfc ran out of space. who says there's no such thing as free lunch? i had zinger meal without having to pay a cent. although i did man-work. but money is always counted into free things.
then after lunch the kids went to play the in wet part. and i didnt want to get wet so i volunteered to stand outside to "guard". and at 2.30pm they stopped playing and got changed and by 3.30pm we were walking back to the bus.
free meals again, for tea. i miss the club food, although it's nothing more than caterer food. but maybe it was just the feeling of eating there.
jaclyn was the only one i recognised. and her sis, of course. it's like the entire slate was cleaned and rewritten. all the usual crowd weren't there anymore. it's like living for a long time. you see people come and go, never really knowing them well, and only a few stick close by.
anyway after tea i called minpei and we talked for more than an hour about random things, like laptops and everything she so blur about. i had a lot of time to kill anyway. the thing ended about 5 and i had to wait till 7.20pm. so after the call i went to the hall to watch kim play uno with jac, and then we shifted outside and continued because there was something going on in the hall. and i won, slightly by cheating, but my main purpose was to prevent carolyn from winning. it was an accidental win. but hey my first uno win in my first uno game in uno years, so i have to be proud of it.
and then i went home. oh i forgot to say breakfast was free too. hahaha

These words are for you me
i'm damn frikn tired.
went out at 1.30pm to meet ng at dhoby ghaut cuz he wanted to buy a bear for someone. in the end he didn't buy any. and then we went to somerset to wait for blven and gang. and then we went to cineleisure and watched a show.
the day the earth stood still.
and my mind went still. although keanu was good, the storyline wasn't. "no meaning" as blven said. sian la.
and then we went to fish and co for dinner. spent $25 there. and i am damn full now. lying on my stomach will make me throw up.
so the day's expenses: $7.50 + $25 = $32.50
the week's expenses: $32.50 + $50 + $25 = $107.50
and the week only includes sunday and monday.
ouch.
i still have to get my clothes on friday.
