well, i've been browsing blogs and i noticed that the one thing common about october 8th is that most marists who update their blogs blogged about it being the last day of school, and how much they enjoyed it.
for me, i guess the most enjoyable part was cca. been in robotics for 6 years. hopefully i won't have to give that up. and lets not forget cross country. sec1 to sec3. not main cca, but it got me like 3 points. lol. and it got me fit, but only till half of sec3 due to time constraints (and a stupid D2 addiction ;P)
and the camps. sec 2 camps, starting from my own. i remember clearly, ming en's outburst. hell hath no fury like a WOWer scorned. and i remember too, bringing my mp3 player to the hall and trying to sleep with it blasting into my ear. in the end i had to turn it off manually at 3am because it was 10 times more potent than caffine.
and the three camps i attended as student leader. sleeping in the canteen at 4am was fun. playign taidi till 4am was funner. and orienteering was cool. especially afternoon sessions because i had my phone and i had someone to talk to. and i remember kuan git playing Space Impact II on my stupid blue nokia.
and ponteng assembly was cool too. i can't remember when it started but the first time was me alone, in the ai room, coming back just on time. and there were times that i didn't come back on time and the class was locked and everyone was outside ready to bash my head in. and there were times that ng came up with me. and there were times that dean came up. and there were times when shaun also ponteng, which was ususally during teachers day. and there were times when we made use of the life science to ponteng, sometimes going to the lab to do our experiments, sometimes going to a staircase to slack. and then i got smarter and passed the class key to marc.
i cannot give a verdict as to which year was the best. i also cannot say which year was the worst. and neither were the years all equal. each had their ups and downs, the wrongs and rights, praises and troubles. sometimes all at the same time.
and i had kwok.
the naggy old...y'know-what. at least his intentions were not to kill.
and maybe some of his stories did benefit me. but then, life tends to not be what u like.
as for the improvement award which i missed, the present is a file. but the real reward will come in january. and it is this reward that really matters.
and i'm off to prepare
