njrc finals was on 6 sept, yesterday.

it was my first time into the finals and it was a great experience. i've always knew that the greatest rival is swiss cott and fuhua.. they were like the big names in the finals, and everyone looks out for them..

i'm not gonna say much about how i did for the finals, but i've indeed had an eye opener in it.. my school starts with "M", thats why i never really seen fubotics (fuhua) in action. i've always referred them as the king of robotics.. but after what happened yesterday, i must change it to, fubotics = bullies of robotics.

i heard during fuhua's day of preliminary rounds, one team was disqualified because they were trialing their robot on the actual playfield during calibration period.. and yesterday during finals, another fubotics team was disqualified because they dropped some other team's robot on the floor on purpose during preparation period. how can they do such thing? its not human! when i was preparing also, queueing up to trial at the playfield, when it was my turn, a fuhua guy came cutting my queue, placed the robot and started running.. they would do ANYTHING to win! and thats not the way!

fuhua smashed one of swiss cottage's robot. i don't really know what happened in the end, but sam probably know it.. if they would to smash my robot, i will fight with them. its crazy. how can they do such a thing? even if they win, they don't win it gloriously.. in fact, i don't see the point in winning, if your moral values are all wrong in the first place! fuhua, buck up.

i realised fuhua wears home clothes to competition.. one even wore a winny the pooh kiddish outfit.. i think it was done on purpose.. they purposely did it to let their opponents guards down, and then shock everyone with their results.. and they were probably mocking teams with cool uniforms.. hm, but i might be wrong.

when the officials know about the smash of robot incident, they called for all fuhua teams to meet them.. i was waiting at the holding area with the other robot controllers from other schools.. and we were actually talking to each other about the fuhua incident.. obviously, everyone hates fuhua. we want them all disqualified.. and i realised, that on the surface, we are all competing for njrc, but underneath, we are actually doing it as one, against fuhua. i would be really happy if fuhua doesn't win njrc and someone else does. i'm sure the rest thinks the same way.

but this finals had been really enriching. how fuhua did their robot and their strategies, i must say, its flawless.
