omg it's been so long since i actually updated my blog. tagboard even. and the culprit is my internet, dc.ing at the most unexpected of times, usually when i just connected.PLUS, it doesn't want to connect again too. and it's giving me the same problem now, so i'm typing this out on notepad -.- it can't even load my mail. arrgh >.<
anyway it's time to recap all the things that happened since april 7th. remember the maths test that i thought i could pass? well, i got 9.5 outta 20. yea, that's my life. and i totally screwed up my Emaths test too. may not even get one mark for that.
on a brighter note, the huge sickening pimple that inhabited the tip of my ugly nose for 4 months is finally GONE! woohoo! i think it's the face wash. it may seem a lame thing to be happy about, but then again i wouldn't expect you to realise the impact it had on me. i was just so darn glad.
oh and, to satisfy SOMEONE's wishes, i'll blog about the trip on the 14th :p
1.40pm, arrived at dhoby ghaut mrt. didn't have to wait long for zq to arrive. took a train to vivo to makan nasi ayam. and i'm still wondering why the meeting place was dhoby ghaut and not vivo. but i got 2 cute little bottles there for both zq and me. so did the rest. apparently they wanted to show "class spirit" and bring the same bottles everyday.after vivo we went BACK to dhoby ghaut to take neoprints. my first time at that too. i was like, a total mountain turtle, and i stood right under the coloured screens when they were lowered. but it was fun. when it came to decor i was a noob. i failed all my art exams for 2 years straight and suddenly i was tasked with designing a sticker for 6 people. you can imagine my cluelessness.when the prints came out we found out that there was no scissors around so we couldn't cut up the sheet. so we decided that the schoolmates bring back the stickers and split them, then i get my share on another day. this thursday to be exact. i can't wait!dinner time came and went. we found ourselves at the esplanade with empty bottles and full stomachs. i mean, lunch was at almost 3 and it was only 5+ then. so we took a seat at the food junction opposite the durians and ate ice fruit salad. some ice-kachang-like dessert that represented our body; 65% water.6.30pm. 6 hours after i left house, we finally started out trek to victoria hall. nothing eventful happened on the way there, so i'll just skip the whole half an hour.reached the hall at 7. we were still early, so i lent zq my mp3. and then happened a moment we would always cherish. but that is highly top secret :pthe play was delayed, cuz the GOH was caught in the rain-induced traffic jam. and finally, the moment we had been waiting for. the play started. and i think it was the best play i've seen in my whole life. maybe my judgement is biased because i saw it with zq, but it's still very good.and then it ended. a short 45-minute play, but nevertheless worth every second watching. and so it was time to go home. another trek to raffles place mrt, where it took us all the way to novena, then a bus ride to rangoon road. 10pm, zq finally reached her home. 9 hours our for her, and 10 for me. but as i said, it was worth it.one more isolated detail. i reached home at 11pm.
wow that was a long one. too bad one day only has 24 hours. if a day had 100 hours, that would mean i spent an eqivalent of 45 hours out with zq :) what a nice prospect
and now's the time i go offline. farewell, till the exams are vanquished.
